1.         MIAN AFZAL TRUST HOSPITAL (M.A.H)

PYO is running three treatment facilities for male, female and children drug users having capacity of 142 beds. The details are as under:-
Mian Afzal Trust Hospital (For Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation) is established for the Treatment and Rehabilitation of Drug users, which is a model Drug Treatment Centre of Pakistan. Mian Afzal Trust Hospital is biggest treatment facility having capacity of 110 beds.
During the period from July-2009 to June-2010, Total numbers of 626 patients were rehabilitated different drugs at MAH. The maximum number of addicts was found for using Charas and second most drugs used is Heroin and third number is for Injectable drugs used by the patients who came to Mian Afzal Hospital for the treatment.

2.         ROSHAN KAL DRUG TREATMENT & REHABILITATION CENTRE, GUJRAT

PYO has opened the Roshan Kal Drug Treatment & Rehabilitation centre, Gujrat in Janaury-10 for treatment & Rehabilitation of drug users. Centre has the capacity of 20 beds.


3.         ROSHAN KAL WOMEN & CHILDREN DRUG TREATMENT & REHABILITATION CENTRE, GUJRANWALA


PYO has opened the Roshan Kal Women & Children Drug Treatment & Rehabilitation centre, Gujranwala in May-10 for treatment & Rehabilitation of women & Children drug users with the support of NAS. Centre has the capacity of 12 beds which is first one free drug treatment facility women & Children in Pakistan. The following services are providing in the Centre:-

3.         Home based treatment for   women
4.         Outreach services
